Details

Together with the entire service team, you ensure that our guests have a high-quality culinary experience. We trust in the best regional products and in the enthusiasm of our employees. We offer a position on a mini-job basis.

Your profile:

ideally completed vocational training and experience in the hotel/gastronomy industry
very high quality awareness
natural friendliness and service-oriented demeanor
very high awareness of cleanliness
food hygiene
great interest in a team-oriented way of working
good knowledge of German

Your main tasks:

Breakfast buffet - preparation and stocking (preparation of egg dishes, muesli and fruit salad as well as plates and much more)

creation of daily highlights for the breakfast guests

We are expanding our reception staff (m/f/d) and are offering full-time or part-time positions starting as soon as possible or according to agreement.

Your profile:

· You have experience in the hotel industry or are a motivated career changer. · You have good manners and a good ability to express yourself.

Your tasks:

· Welcome guests and assure a smooth check-in

· You manage reservations and guest correspondence

· You show true hospitality spirt: You look after our guests attentively, obligingly and sensitively

· You perform organizational and administrative tasks to ensure excellent service for every guest

· Provide support at conferences and events in the hotel

· Attend to guests who visit the bar and perform related tasks (prepare beverages and snacks)

· Coordinate guest wishes and professionally handle complaints

· You manage the cash register
